Memorial services for Mary Rushing Calloway, of Beaumont, Texas, are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1, at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church in Brookhaven.

     Mrs. Calloway, 49, died Aug. 23, 2012, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She was born in Mississippi on May 21, 1963.

     She attended Brookhaven Academy and graduated from the Copiah-Lincoln Junior College Cosmetology program.

     Preceding her in death were her mother, Sherry Spence Rushing; husband, Jackie Calloway; and son-in-law, Marcus Desha.

     Survivors are her father, James L. Rushing, of Brookhaven; daughter, Kristen Daniels Desha, of Orange, Texas; son, Chase Daniels, of Orange, Texas; sister, Lanelle Womack and husband, Mike, of Princeton, Texas; brother, Edward Rushing and wife, Melissa, of Brookhaven; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
