Funeral services for Charles Johnson, of Jackson, La., formerly of Crystal Springs, are 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, at Mary’s Temple Church of God in Christ, with burial in Shady Grove M.B. Church Cemetery in Hazlehurst. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Johnson, 79, died Sept. 7, 2012, in Baton Rouge, La. He was born in Crystal Springs on July 10, 1934.
