Funeral services for Troy Adams, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Lucien Baptist Church in Franklin County, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Adams, 63, died Oct. 8, 2012, at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was born in Mississippi on Aug. 11, 1949, to E.V. and Lovie French Adams.

     He was retired after 37 years with Spectra Energy as an engine analyst. He was a deacon.

     Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Roger Adams and E.V. Adams Jr.; and two sisters, Cora Mae Adams and Erma Miller.

     Survivors are his wife, Virginia Adams; daughters, Richelle Ratcliff and husband, Tim, of Brookhaven, and Rena White and husband, Shun, of Brookhaven; brother, Roy Adams, of Marshall, Texas; sisters, Thelma Norman, of Bogue Chitto, Audrey Posey, of Brookhaven, and Bobbie Kitchens, of Vicksburg; one grandchild, Brady Ratcliff; and numerous nieces and nephews.
