Funeral services for Shakara Marie Sanders, of Brookhaven, are noon on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Friendship M.B. Church, with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Tuesday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Ms. Sanders, 22, died Oct. 27, 2012, at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born in Chicago on Aug. 5, 1990.
