Linda Gale Nations Grice White

Funeral services for Linda Gale Nations Grice White, of Bogue Chitto, are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Wellman Baptist Church, with burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. White, 69, died Nov. 18, 2012, at her daughter’s home. She was born in Mississippi on May 13, 1943, to Kees Nations and Helen Kyzar.

     She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She lived every day of her life for her family. Mrs. White was a loving, devoted, caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and Nanny to all who came through her door.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; first husband, William Ray Grice; second husband, Dennis D. White; son, Lemuel “Bo” Grice; and granddaughter, Helen Grice.

     Survivors are her daughters, Tanya Magee and husband, Randy, and Alisa Fairburn and husband, Travis; brothers, Booth Nations and wife, Marilyn, of Long Beach, and Terry Nations and wife, Vawanna, of Bogue Chitto; sister, Sandra Jordan and husband, Stanley, of Bogue Chitto; seven grandchildren, Chance Greene, Peyton Greene, Tamara Greene, Jerry Fairburn, Mary Beth Fairburn, Bonnie Fairburn and Nathaniel Grice; eight great-grandchildren, Hannah, Kailey, Cobren and Halle Greene, Leighton Greer and Steven Grice; and lifetime friends, Mrs. Aby Smith and Charolette Brister.
