Funeral services for Michael Allen “King” King Jr. are 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service chapel with burial in Bethal Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

     Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. King, 22, died Nov. 24, 2012, in Bogue Chitto. He was born on Oct. 25, 1990, in Mississippi to Michael Allen King Sr. and Sherri Lee Moore King.

     He was a carpenter and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing golf, football and baseball.

     He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. King Sr., his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur S. Moore Jr. and an aunt, Brenda Sue King.

     Survivors include his parents; his son, Bryson Alan; his brother, Thomas Lee King; and a niece, Zailey Paige King.
