A private memorial service for Judy Rayleen Rizzo of Monticello will held at a later date. Ms. Rizzo, 47, died Dec. 2, 2012 at her residence in Monticello. She was born May 22, 1965. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
