The Lady Bears (4-5) played their worst game of the season, according to West Lincoln coach Lane Young. “Crystal Springs scored most of their points off turnovers. Our guards did a poor job of handling the ball all night. It was the worst we’ve played in all phases of the game.”

The Lady Tigers exploded in the second half after leading 22-18 at halftime. They outscored the hosts 30-11.

Directing the win was TeKayla Jassin with 19 points and Shaquan Byther with 17.

West Lincoln got 8 points from senior guard Katie Hester. Destiny Allen grabbed 10 rebounds and Bentley Sills 5.

The Bears (8-1) authored a shooting clinic last night, encourage by a large, partisan crowd. Case, who claimed 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals in a rare triple-double, was followed by senior forward Lucas Burris with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Duane Marshall scored 15 points. Center Sam Bivens had 14 points and Darrius Clark 10.

“We played really well in the second and third quarters and I liked our effort the whole game,” said Coach Young. “We need to shoot the ball better because we are missing some easy and wide-open shots.

The Tigers, down 43-30 at halftime, were led by Joshua  Windom’s 21 points. Jeremy Archie added 18.
