Funeral services for Leroy G. Henderson, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Zion Chapel A.M.E. Church in Caseyville, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Henderson, 75, died Dec. 30, 2012, at Countrybrook Living Center. He was born in Lincoln County on Aug. 1, 1937, to Oscar Lee Henderson Sr. and Bessie Williams Henderson.

     He was retired and a member of Zion Chapel A.M.E. Church.

     Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Walter Lee Henderson; sister, Charlestine Bradley; and two brothers-in-law, Clarence Nash and Larry Bradley.

     Survivors are his sisters, Clare Nance, of Omaha, Neb., and Dorothy Henderson, of Caseyville; brothers, Ezell Henderson and wife, Katie, of Omaha, Neb., Oscar Lee Henderson Jr., of Caseyville, and Luther Henderson, of Caseyville; aunt, Jeraline Dean, of Chicago; sister-in-law, Pearl Henderson, of Omaha, Neb.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
