WESSON – Copiah-Lincoln Community College Head Football Coach Glenn Davis announces the signing of 32 players on National Signing Day. The Class of 2013 includes running backs Kendrick Young (6-0, 200) of Gentry, DeLance Turner (6-0, 205) of Perry Central, Steven McNair (5-11, 195) of Magee, and Diquan Davis (6-1, 270) of Greenville-Weston.

Offensive linemen include Jacob Fleming (6-5, 292) of North Pike, Nick Luckey (6-3, 275) of Magee, Garrett Kating (6-4, 265) of Adams County Christian School, Zechariah Ray (6-6, 305) of Yazoo County, Quintarius Willis (6-3, 285) of Greenville-Weston, and Cullen Greer (6-1, 275) of Wesson.

Wide receivers Kourey Davis (6-4, 180) of Warren Central, Jamari Roby (5-11, 175) of Kosciusko, Germie Martin (5-11, 175) of Bogue Chitto, Freddie Williams (6-1, 195) LaGrange, LA; and Koy McFarland (5-10, 170) of Wesson.

The Wolfpack signed quarterback Zach Smith (6-2, 190) of Brookhaven, Daniel Fitzwater (6-6, 235) from Calvary Baptist Academy (LA) and punter Trent Furr (5-10, 180) of Ackerman.

Defensively, Co-Lin signed eight defensive backs including Kristopher Weatherspoon (6-1, 175) of Natchez, OJ O’Neal (6-0, 175) of Jefferson County, Brandon Maiden (6-0, 175) of Clarksdale, Rickey Green (5-11, 170) of South Delta, Bejay Welch (6-2, 180) of Northwest Rankin, Nick Beasley (6-2, 200) of St. Joseph Catholic, Joshua Bates (5-11, 180) of Provine, and Justin Morgan (6-4, 210) of Senatobia.

Linebackers include Desmond King (6-1, 225) of Southaven and Desmond Michel (6-1, 210) of Pearl River Central.

Defensive linemen include Durrell Vanerson (6-3, 260) of McComb, Ryan Duckworth (6-3,255) of Taylorsville, DeMorris Bedford (6-2, 240) of John F. Kennedy, and Jonathon Calvin (6-4, 245) of Murrah.

The Wolves are the 2012 defending MACJC State Champions.
