Funeral services for Judy Belle Smith Foster of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, at Fair River Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Foster, 67, died March 1, 2013, at her home. She was born in Mississippi on July 10, 1945 to Herman Smith and Allie Belle Smith.
She was a graduate of Loyd Star School and Jackson Commercial College. She was a member of Fair River Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Seth Smith, Vernon Ray Smith and J.W. Smith; sister, Annie Pearl Britt; nephews, Gene “Pistol” Smith and Sonny Smith; and niece, Rita Cox.
Survivors are her husband, James Dale Foster; son, James Foster and wife, Traci, of Paragould, Ark.; daughter, Kim Foster of Brookhaven; two grandchildren, Jule and Luke Foster of Paragould, Ark; and extended family, Libby Jayroe and daughters, Kendra Jackson and Lauren Priest and husband, Brett.
The family wishes to say a very special thank you to all the family, friends and Fair River Baptist Church family who have loved and supported Judy during her long battle with cancer, and a special thanks to Laura Bell Butler, Sherry Hux and Richard Douglas.
