Ms. Elizabeth Ann Waldrop, 77, of Cabot, Ark., formerly of Bogue Chitto, passed away on March 6, 2013, at Cabot Manor Nursing Home in Cabot, Ark. She was born to Grady Waldrop and Margaret Inez Sims Waldrop on Oct. 31, 1935, in Sunflower County. She was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Waldrop was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Billy Waldrop and her nephew, Jeffery Smith.

Ms. Waldrop is survived by one sister, Patricia Smith and her husband Sydney of Bogue Chitto; one niece, Eva Zweifel; one niece-in-law, Peggy Smith Henriquez; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brad Zweifel and his wife Eryn, Danika Zweifel, Chelsea Smith and Keagan Smith; and one great-great-niece, Harper Zweifel.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel, 894 Natchez Drive. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church in Lawrence County. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, March 8, from 5 until 8 p.m. and resuming Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. until funeral time at 2 p.m.
