Old Town Neighborhood Watch leader Johnny Perkins stands in front of his home on South Jackson Street Monday. Perkins organized the watch group in his Ward Four neighborhood a year and a half ago with intentions of assisting law enforcement in keeping a eye out against crime and in hopes of deterring potential criminal activity.
