Graveside services for Nelle Warren Brister of Tifton, Ga. are 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, at Oakridge Cemetery in Tifton. Elder Walter Craig DeLoach 11 and Elder Tom Deal will officiate. Albritton-Beaumont Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday from 9 until 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brister, 90, died April 10, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Tifton, Ga. She was born in Lincoln County on Feb. 3, 1923, to Fred Warren Sr. and Mae Calcote Warren.

She was a homemaker and a beautician. Mrs. Brister was a member of the Tifton Primitive Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Linus Reeves and Wylie Charles Brister; and four brothers.

Survivors are her daughter, Diane R. Lewis of Tifton, Ga.; stepson, Glen Brister and wife, Dianelle, of Brookhaven; sister, Lucille Shelton, of Brookhaven; two grandchildren, Alan Lewis, of Tifton, and Joanne DeLoach and husband, Walt, of Ambrose, Ga.; four great-grandchildren, Mason Lewis and Aeriel Lewis, both of Tifton, and Austin DeLoach and Joseph DeLoach, both of Ambrose; and niece, Ginger Copeland and husband, Lloyd, of Tifton.
