Baseball is a game of numbers and statistics. Members of the Daily Leader’s 2013 All-Lincoln County Baseball Team provided plenty of hits, homers, triples, doubles, RBIs, strikeouts, walks and records.

Seth Porter (6-2), a senior right-hander, fashioned a 2.37 ERA for Coach Randy Spring’s Brookhaven Panthers. He had 27 strikeouts and 10 bases on balls.

Tanner Parvin (7-5), a senior right-hander, relied on a sidearm, submarine delivery to anchor the Brookhaven Academy Cougars. He also batted .419 and drove in 27 runs for Coach Casey Edwards.
