Funeral services for Gladys Mae Britt Bills of Wesson are 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Red Star Ward, with burial in the church cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Friday from 9 until 10 a.m. at the church.

Mrs. Bills, 89, died July 8, 2013 at her home. She was born in Brookhaven on April 19, 1924 to Horace Greene Britt and Thomas Rachel Falvey Britt.

She worked at Stahl Urban and Potter Company and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Red Star Ward.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Harrison Kent Bills; four sisters; and son-in-law, Larry Huckaby.

Survivors are her daughters, Susan Huckaby of Brookhaven and Carla Sones and husband, Jimmy, of Brookhaven; brother, Clyde Britt; sister, Mary Nell Brewer; eight grandchildren, Miranda Boyte, Nicole Newell, Mitch Huckaby, LeAnne Smith, Brice Huckaby, Haley Sones, Daniel Huckaby and J.D. Sones; and nine great-grandchildren.
