The Lincoln County School District Board of Trustees Monday evening approved hirings and resignations of several various employees.

     The school board also is working toward approving Section B of the Board Policies. The members elected to table the matter until the next meeting; however, so they could have sufficient time to review the material.

     Terry Brister, LCSD superintendent, said the district still has at least three positions to fill.

     The board voted to tentatively schedule a called school board meeting for July 29 at 5 p.m. to approve any additional hirings because faculty will begin to report to school on Aug. 1.
