Funeral services for Charles Edwin Roberts Sr. of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive, with burial in Moak’s Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Roberts, 82, died July 18, 2013 at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Julius and Alma Roberts, and his daughter, Elizabeth Roberts.

Survivors are his dearest friend, Ms. Alice C. Nettles; daughters, Deborah Huhn and Mary Ann Millien; son, Charles E. Roberts Jr.; numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends.
