WESSON – Benny Nixon, Dennis Meilstrup, Gene Nesmith and Pete Devenport shot a sizzling 14-under par 58 to claim Tuesday’s Senior Scramble at the Wolf Hollow Golf Club.

Three teams tied for second place. The team of Harold Boteler, Dick Arnold, Eddie Ashley and Dorman Howell finished with a score of 59. The team of Charlie Davis, Walter Chalk, Dwayne Oberschmidt and Gene Wilson scored a 59. The team of George Brewer, Bob Brown, James Rushing, Billy Williams and Wendall Magee also finished with a score of 59.

The scramble is open to the public and starts each Tuesday at 9 a.m. Entry deadline is 8:30.
