Funeral services for Donald Wayne Reid of Jayess are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Divide Methodist Protestant Church in Lawrence County, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday at 5 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Reid, 49, died Sept. 8, 2013 at his home. He was born on Jan. 4, 1964.

He was a pipe foreman for Turner and MEI.

Preceding him in death were his father, Roy LaDon Reid; Ethel Mae Reid and L.J. Reid.

Survivors are his son, Donald “Donnie” Wayne Reid II; daughters, Hailey Wilson and Lisa Lambert; stepdaughters, Nakita “Nikky” Spence and Cali Spence; fiancée and lifetime partner, Theresa Turner; mother, Diane Magee Martin, and stepfather, Buddy Martin; brother, Brad Reid; stepbrothers, Daniel and Dwayne Martin; sisters, Kim Brewer and Cindy Johnson; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four nephews and three nieces.
