Funeral services for Leonard Wayne King of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Bogue Chitto Assembly of God Church with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Summit. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.

Mr. King, 59, died Sept. 30, 2013, at The University of Mississippi Medical Center.

His favorite pastimes were deer hunting, bass fishing, and golf. He loved to watch football on Sundays with family.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Leonard M. King and Natalie Marcisak King of Summit, and his sister, Donna Marie King.

Survivors are his children, Alexandra King and Leonard Christopher King of Edinburgh, Scotland; his brothers, William King and wife, Vicky, and Robert King; sister, Sharon Bumgardner, and husband Gary of Byram.
