• Chad L. Allen, 6-27-1976, of 2750 W. Lincoln Drive, Smithdale – Disturbing the peace by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Out on bond.

• Calvin L. Brown, 2-23-1974, of 229 Avalon St. – serving time for LCSO. Released.

• Skylar E. Case, 4-15-1991, of 1929 Palmetto Trail – serving time for LCSO. Released.

• Justin D. Pruden, 2-6-1983, of 1873 N. Beacon Loop – serving time for the LCSO. Released.

• Donyanique Townsend, 9-4-1987, of 1144 Old Brook Rd. – Petit larceny by the Brookhaven Police Department. Out on bond.

• Desmond D. Arnold, 8-28-1990, 410 Old Wesson Rd. – Strong arm robbery and receiving of stolen property by the Brookhaven Police Department. $50,000 bail. In jail.
