• David Banks, 11-22-1984, of 3683 Wooley Trail NW, – Charged with DUI and careless driving by Mississippi Highway Patrol. Released on bond.

• Connie Byther, 2-5-1986, of 2016 Springhill Road, Wesson – Charged with contempt of court by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• James Michael Crosby, 6-6-1991, of 2035 Parkhill Lane, Bogue Chitto – Serving weekends by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. In jail.

• Jason Coker Hart, 10-12-1982, of 2037 SW Brumfield Road, – Charged with DUI by MHP. Released on bond.

• Leonardo Lopez, 10-14-1985, of 2228 Jackson Liberty Drive, – Charged with DUI, careless driving and improper equipment on a vehicle by MHP. Released on bond.

• Willie James Nelson, 3-15-1970, of 2105 Dixie Road, – Charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license by MHP. Released on bond.

• Lashanda Rauls, 6-22-1976, of 313 East Chippewa St., Charged with DUI by MHP. Released on bond.

• Jamie Stovall, 3-29-1985, of 238 Monticello St., Hazlehurst – Charged with burglary by BPD. In jail.

Charles Willie Thomas, 10-18-1989, of 939 Ozark Lane, Lot No. 7, – Charged with DUI and expired driver’s license by MHP. Released on bond.

• James Jones, 3-26-1981, of 216 Gleason Loop, – Charged with aggravated assault, possession of marijuana over an ounce, reckless driving and failure to yield by BPD. In jail.

• Terran Allen Mabry, 12-11-1973, of 748 SE Hog Chain Drive, Bogue Chitto – Charged with simple assault by BPD. In jail.
