Chase Mark Blaylock

Funeral services for Chase Mark Blaylock of Wesson are 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Georgetown Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home, Hazlehurst, is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Blaylock, 19, died Oct. 14, 2013, in Wesson.

Mr. Blaylock was a native of Price, Utah. He had lived in Wesson since 1996. He graduated from Wesson High School in 2012. He had served in the U. S. Marine Corps for one year. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.

Survivors are his parents, Tommy Jason Blaylock and Aimee Lea Clair Blaylock of Wesson; brothers, Dillon Jason Blaylock, Ethan Thomas Blaylock and Tanner Brentyn Blaylock, all of Wesson; paternal grandparents, Travis Blaylock of Rockport, and Kathleen Haley and husband Earl of Whitesboro, Texas; maternal grandparents, Mark Clair and Nancy Clair of Price, Utah; great-grandfather, Hicks Blaylock of Crystal Springs and maternal great grandmother, Mary Peterson of Price, Utah.
