The McComb Iron Horses swept the Brookhaven Southern Wildcats in three games in of the TNT Youth Football League action.

McComb defeated the Wildcats 22-6 in the 11-12 year-old game. The Iron Horse hammered Brookhaven 40-8 in the 9-10 years-old game. In 7-8 action, the Iron Horse prevailed 30-20 over Brookhaven.

BSW will play again Saturday, hosting the Amite County Ravens at King Field. The first game starts at 10 a.m.

McComb 22, BSW 6 

Jamie Finley scored the only touchdown for the Wildcats on a 31-yard run. He led the team in rushing with 87 yards.

Defensively, Finley was the top hitter for BSW with six tackles. Trevon Barnes helped with five stops.

McComb 40, BSW 8 

Daetyn Davis punched in the only points for BSW on a 85-yard sprint to paydirt. He also rushed in the two-point conversion. Davis was the offensive leader with 117 yards rushing.

Defensively, Jay Brown and Kermit Sartin paced the Wildcats with three tackles apiece.

McComb 30, BSW 20 

Kenneth Dixon sparked the Wildcats on offense with 225 yards rushing. He scored all of BSW touchdowns on sprints of 70, 60 and 70 yards.

Defensively, Kermit Sartin directed BSW with five tackles. Elijah Calcote had four stops. Malachi Clark and Tyeland Coleman helped with three tackles apiece.
