The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Keith Bergerton Jr., 5-31-1982, of 3719 Owenwood Trail – Serving time by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. In jail.

• Adrien Merchant, 12-21-1986, of 1028 East Ave. – Charged with careless driving, speeding and no proof of insurance by Mississippi Highway Patrol. Released on bond.

• Rashad Smith, 5-14-1985, of 307 Popular St. – Charged with willful trespass by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.
