Funeral services for Janice C. Sandidge of Hensley, Ark., formerly of Vidalia, La., and Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidalia, La. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10 a.m. at the church with burial to be announced later.

Mrs. Sandidge, 70, passed away Oct. 27, 2013. She was born in Haleyville, Ala., to Horace and Mary Eliza Martin Albright. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidalia. She graduated from Brookhaven High School.

Preceding her in death were parents.

She is survived by her husband, Mitchell Sandidge; children, Melissa Sandidge Knox and husband Brian of Hensley, Julia Sandidge of Vidalia and Scott Sandidge of Natchez; brothers, Steve Albright of Hattiesburg and Hamp Albright (Linda) of Byram; grandchildren, Chris Harrell (Sherry) of Clayton, La., Calley Reed (Danny) of Sicily Island, La., Lee Knox of Hensley, Corey Walker of Natchez, Marissa Walker, Dylan Sandidge and Devyn Sandidge, all of Vidalia; and 10 great-grandchildren.
