Funeral services for Myrtis Evelyn Baggett of Hazlecrest, Ill., formerly of Monticello, are 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 at Oak Grove M.B. Church in Monticello with burial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Baggett, 80, died Dec. 7, 2013, at Edward Hospital, Naperville, Ill. She was born in Monticello on May 1, 1933, to Jim Johnson and Amelia McClenton Johnson.
