Co-Lin alums in bowl game action

WESSON -Three former members of the Copiah-Lincoln football team will be playing in upcoming postseason bowl action.
Former Co-Lin defensive-ends Terrell Hartsfield and Jerrell Jordan has suited up for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats against the University of North Carolina Tar Heels in the Belk Bowl at Charlotte, N.C.
Hartsfield, a 6-foot-3 246 lb. junior, has appeared in all 12 games and drawn six starts for the 9-3 Bearcats. The native of Wake Forest, N.C., has made 21 total tackles and recorded 1.5 sacks.
Jordan, a 6-foot-3 248 lb. junior, has appeared in 11 games and drawn one start. The native of Alta Vista, Va. has made seven total tackles.
North Carolina beats the Cincinnati Bearcats 39-17 Saturday.
Kickoff of the Belk Bowl is 2:20 p.m., and the game will be aired on ESPN.
Former Co-Lin defensive-back Dehendret Collins and the Ole Miss Rebels will take on the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets on Dec. 30 in the Franklin American Music City Bowl in Nashville, Tenn.
Collins, a 5-foot-10 185 lb. senior, has appeared in 12 games and drawn one start for the 7-5 Rebels. The native of Meadville has made 18 total tackles. Collins earned second team All-American honors in 2011 as a sophomore at Co-Lin.
Kickoff of the Music City Bowl is 2:15 p.m. and will be aired on ESPN.
