The Lincoln County Jail docket for Monday was as follows:

• Hiram Newman III, 9-21-1978, of 121 Robert Smith Road, Lucedale – Charged with simple assault/domestic violence by Brookhaven Police Department. In jail.

• Tony Freeman, 8-3-1960, of 1443 Monticello St. – Charged with shoplifting, public drunkenness and public profanity by BPD. In jail.

• Ricky T. Smith, 12-3-1978, of 1004 South St., Wesson – Charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine within 1500 feet of school/church by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. In jail.

• John T. Nations, 9-1-1959, of 426 Homesville Road, Bogue Chitto – Probation violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections. In jail.
