Funeral services for Edward O. Smith of Wesson were 11 a.m. on Monday, April 21, at Harrigill Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Copiah County. The Rev. Greg Warnock officiated and was assisted by military veterans from the Korean Conflict. Harrigill Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Smith, 88, died April 18, 2014, at Golden Living Center – Brook Manor Nursing Home in Brookhaven. He was born in Louisiana on April 14, 1926.
