DAILY LEADER / Photo Submitted / William Carey University held the 2014 Bobby Halford Baseball Day Camp this week, June 9-13, at WCU’s Kennedy Sports Complex. The camp allows young players, ages 7-12, to improve their skills and learn new techniques. Pictured is the camp group with the coaches on June 11. WCU will hold another baseball day camp for the same age group, June 23-27. The camp will be from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 9 a.m. – noon on Friday.
