• Zachary B. Davis, 02-11-2983, of 912 Hawk Trail – arrested by Brookhaven Police Department for no insurance, shoplifting and probation violation. In jail.

• Josiah D. Franklin, 08-05-1991, of 949 Smith Lake Road – arrested by BPD for touching of a child for lustful purposes. In jail.

• Vincent E. Jones, 11-20-1970, of Summit – arrested Mississippi Highway Patrol for possession of beer in a dry county, first offense DUI and running a stop sign. In jail.

• Jermaine M. Nelson, 10-05-1993, of 2138 Madison Road – arrested by court for parole violation. In jail.
