WESSON  – Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Annual Homecoming Golf Tournament has been scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 4 at Wolf Hollow Golf Club.

The two-man scramble will begin at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. The cost is $50 per player, which includes green fees, carts, prizes, goodie bags and lunch. Registration begins at 7 a.m.

“We decided to move the date from a Friday, which we’ve used in the past, to the Saturday before the homecoming football game,” said Co-Lin head baseball coach Clay Smith. “This is going to serve as the kickoff for the week of homecoming and we’re hoping for a big turnout this year.” The homecoming football game takes place on Saturday, Oct. 11 when the Wolfpack host Hinds at 3 p.m.

First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in each flight as well as on-course prizes. Proceeds benefit the Co-Lin Baseball program.
