The Silliman Wildcats concluded their business trip to Brookhaven Friday night with a smothering defensive effort to shutout the Brookhaven Academy Cougars 35-0 in MAIS football action.

The Cougars offense, which has been firing on all cylinders in recent weeks, could only muster 65 total yards and four first downs in the loss.

Wildcats quarterback Keon Brown was held in check in the first quarter, but he eventually found the creases in the Cougars defense and exploited it for 384 yards of total offense.
