The North Pike boys golf team and Bassfield girls golf team were victorious in Thursday West Lincoln’s Golf Invitational tournament at the Brookhaven Country Club.

The Jaguars scored a 310 to win the boys tournament. Brookhaven finished second with a scored of 350, Terry High School placed third with a final score of 379; West Lincoln secured fourth place with the final score of 383. Loyd Star placed fifth with the final score of 400

In girls action, Bassfield finished in first place after winning the tie breaker against West Lincoln as both teams finished tied with the final score of 102. West Lincoln ended up placing second. The Loyd Star Lady Hornets secured third place with a final score of 103. Prentiss finished fourth with a score of 105.

West Lincoln’s Skylar Hall was the top medalist in the girls event with a score of 49. North Pike took home the medalist honors in the boys’ tournament.
