Trustmark announces the retirement of human resources director

Jackson – Trustmark has announced the retirement of Executive Vice President and Human Resources Director Rebecca “Becky” Vaughn-Furlow.  She has dedicated more than 50 years of service to Trustmark.

Vaughn-Furlow was named Trustmark’s human resources director in 1995, where she was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department, including employment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, Compensation, Organizational Development and Corporate Training.  Prior to this role, she held several positions in the company throughout her career.

Vaughn-Furlow was recognized as one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women and was a finalist for the Mississippi Business Woman of the Year award.  She was also a recipient of the Woman of Achievement Award from the Girl Scouts of America.

Vaughn-Furlow graduated from the University of Colorado School of Bank Marketing, studied at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and completed the graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
