Margaret Catherine Hobson, of Danville, Kentucky, and Stuart Lee Misner, of Brookhaven announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

She is the daughter of Robert and Kimberley Hobson, of Lexington, Kentucky, and Carey and Wendy Rochester, of Danville.

He is the son of David and Jennifer Misner.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Clark Combs, of Danville, and Mr. and Mrs. Elvie Grim, of Paintsville, Kentucky.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight L. James Jr., of Cordova, Tennessee, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bill Misner, of Ocean Springs.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Danville High School and a 2012 graduate of Samford University where she received a bachelor’s degree in architectural design. She is currently employed with Kannoa in Miami, Florida.

The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a 2007 graduate of Samford University where he received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. He also is a 2014 graduate of the University of Alabama where he received a master’s degree in acute care nurse practitioner. He is currently employed with Hurst Review Services in Brookhaven.

The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Gabrella Manor. A reception will follow the ceremony.
