Funeral Services for Esiz Lee Anding of Brookhaven are 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Brookhaven Funeral. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, May 3, 2015, from 1 until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Anding, 89, died April 29, 2015. She was a friend, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a life-long resident of Brookhaven, where she was a stay-home mom. She and her family were members of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven. After the death of her husband, she moved to SunnyBrook Retirement Home in Madison to be closer to her family. Family members will always remember her love for growing flowers, her incredible sewing talent and her flare for homestyle cooking.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 67 years, Denver Lee Anding; her parents, Mittie and Elzie Roberts; one brother, J.E.; and a sister, Yuba Wallace.

Survivors are her son, Othel (Camille) of Brandon; daughter Sue Case (Clint) of Madison. Her four grandchildren — Tahya Dobbs (Kevin) of Brandon, Eli Anding (Katie) of Birmingham, Andy Case (Sharon) and Shaw Case (Roxanne) of Madison — were her delight. Eleven great-grandchildren added even more joy to her life. They are Camea, Carson, CandyLee Dobbs of Brandon, Taylor and Tanner Case, Harrison and Peyton Case of Madison, Shields, Patton, Major and James Wesley Anding of Birmingham. She is also survived by one brother, Pearlie Roberts.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First Baptist Church in Brookhaven.
