Katelyn Teasley of Brookhaven has joined the staff of The Daily Leader as an advertising consultant.

“We are excited to have Katelyn on board,” Advertising Manager Kristi Carney said. “She will certainly be an asset to our sales and marketing team.”

Teasley began work Monday and has spent her first week getting to know customers.

“I love getting out and seeing the people,” she said.

Teasley was most recently employed at the Enterprise-Journal newspaper in McComb. She’s now back in Brookhaven, serving her hometown.

“I’m looking forward to being at home and around people I’m familiar with,” she said.

Teasley is the daughter of Paul and Carol Teasley. She has a 6-year-old daughter, Parker.
