The Lincoln County jail docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Robert E. Jones, 12-23-94, of 1817 Brignal Road — arrested for public profanity, possession of controlled substance (marijuana less than 1 ounce) and disturbing the peace by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• James A. Sanders, 4-26-84, of 265 Deason Drive, Jackson — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance (Hyrdocodone) by BPD.

• Daniel D. Staggs, 7-13-83, of 1893 Highway 583 — arrested for contempt of justice court by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Tremarcus Walker, 6-22-89, of 519 North Fourth Street — arrested for simple assult/domestic violence by BPD.
