Brown signs with William Carey

WESSON – Copiah-Lincoln centerfielder Adrian Brown has signed a scholarship with the William Carey University Crusaders.

Brown started in all 42 games for the Wolves and led the team with 170 plate appearances. A graduate of McComb High School, Brown finished with a .318 batting averages and had 47 hits in 2015. He led the team in doubles (12), home runs (seven), and RBIs (44). Brown tied for the team lead with 12 stolen bases and scored 33 runs.

As a freshman, Brown was named MACJC Second Team All-State. In his career he was twice awarded the national player of the week. Brown joins former Wolves Mitch Little and Choc Hubbard at William Carey.
