Funeral services for Carla S. McCall are 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial at Riverwood Memorial Park. 

Visitation is from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Riverwood.

Ms. McCall, 74, of Collins, died Friday, May 29, 2015. She was born in Louisiana to Carlos C. Clark and Ruby P. Clark on Feb. 14, 1941.

She graduated from Brookhaven High School and also from the University of Southern Mississippi with her bachelor’s degree in education. She was a retired teacher from the Brookhaven Public School System where she taught for over 30 years and she was also caretaker for her mother, Ruby. Ms. McCall was a member of First United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Gene Clark.

She is survived by her daughters, Shannon S. Prather and Tina L. Moak and husband, Paul; brothers, Phillip Clark, Terry Clark and Lowell Clark; sister, Mary Claire Ward; four grandchildren, Taylor DeSilvey, Savannah Prather, Joseph Wilson, and Jared Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
