Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Dee Richardson Rodriguez of Brookhaven are Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015 at Riverwood Family Funeral Service at 2 p.m. with burial at Easthaven Cemetery.

Visitation is also Sunday from 12 p.m. until time of services.

Mrs. Rodriguez, 87, died Sept. 24, 2015 at Country Brook Living Center.

She was born Nov. 10, 1927 to McKinley Richardson and Ruby Richardson.

She attended Bogue Chitto High School, Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Whitworth College. She was employed by Entex Gas for several years. After moving to New Orleans, she worked for Eastern Airlines. She always called Brookhaven home, where she moved after retiring.

Eva was a member of Central Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Raymond J. Rodriguez; brothers, David Richardson of Brookhaven, Ralph Richardson of Waynesboro; sisters, Helen Segers of North Carolina; Alyene Boyett of Brookhaven; and brother-in-law Rosco Boyett of Brookhaven.

Survivors are her brother, Leroy (Roy) Richardson and wife, Jo Ann, of Brookhaven; sisters-in law, Linda Richardson of Enterprise and Frankie Richardson of Meridian and several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces and great-great-nephews and nieces.
