Graveside services for Timothy Scott Davis are Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Old Sweetwater Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home (Natchez Drive) is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Davis, 48, of Brookhaven, died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.  He was born on July 21, 1967, in Slidell, Louisiana to Douglas Arthur Davis and Joyce Elaine Nettles Davis.

He was self-employed. He loved to do mechanic work, and he also loved nature. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Ratcliff Davis of Brookhaven; son, Devon Smith of Slidell, Louisiana; step-children, Jason Smith, Tiffany Smith and Anthony Trey Davis; brothers, Douglas A. (Tony) Davis of Yazoo City and Torbin James Ordogne of Bogue Chitto; nephew, Donavon Davis; nieces, Kaci Davis and Kalee Davis.

The family has asked in lieu of flowers donations will be accepted.
