Graveside services for Billy Claude Pinter are Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Gasque Chapel in Smith County. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, from 8 until 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Pinter, 46, died on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at his residence. He was born Oct. 6, 1969 to Thedro Woody Pinter and Mary Beth Pinter.

He was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his wife, Ruby Jewel Pinter; mother, Mary Beth Pinter; step-sons, Casey McLemore and Tony McLemore; step-daughter, Angela McLemore; brothers, Stacy Theo Pinter and Stacy Wayne Pinter; sister, Margarett Elezabeth Pinter Womack. He is also survived by one step-grandchild, Tori McLemore
