• Robert Davis, 01-12-75, of 1065 Highway 9 W, Banner — arrested for contempt of justice court by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

The Pearl River stage at Jackson, where the flood stage is 12 feet, was 8.6, down 0.1 feet in the past 24 hours.
Fire reports
The Brookhaven Fire Department reported a trash fire on Union Street ext. Firefighters responded at 6:28 p.m. and returned to the station at 6:48 p.m.
Copiah County Reports
The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reports a structure fire on Broome Road. Firefighters responded at 9:45 p.m. and returned to the station at 2 a.m.
King’s Daughters
Ambulance Report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service had nine calls Monday; one was a transfer to Pike County. There were eight emergency calls, with five medical, three in the city and two in the county. There were three traumas two in the city and one in the county.
