Funeral services for John Clifton Trout are 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, at Friendship Baptist Church. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, from 10 a.m. until time of services with burial in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Trout, 57, of Brookhaven, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015, in Meridian. He was born on Dec. 31, 1958, to Floyd Augusta Trout and Gwen Smith Trout.

He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and worked as an assistant foreman for 25 years with Mississippi Department of Transportation as a heavy equipment operator.

Preceding him in death are his parents; paternal grandparents, Alvie and Vedie Trout; and maternal grandparents, Clifton and Gladys Smith.

Survivors are his son, Tyler Trout and wife, Jasmine; brother, Wayne Trout; one grandson, Tyson Seth Trout; nephews, Kyle Trout and Dusty Trout; former wife, Jenny Thames; and other loving family members and friends.
