Blue signs with Jackson State

Justin Blue has become a Tiger after signing a scholarship to continue his academic/athletic career at Jackson State University.

Blue (5-8, 194), a graduate of Brookhaven High School, led the Bears in 2015 with 555 yards and four touchdowns on 115 carries.
