Funeral services for William Pendleton Sr. are Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Mighty God M.B. Church with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Pendleton, 75, died on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015, at his residence. He was born Aug. 2, 1940 in Copiah County to Mack and Carrie Beatrice Walker Pendleton.

Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Narazlene Buie Pendleton; son, Jimmy Pendleton; sisters, Augustine Childs and Mary Alice Pendleton; brothers, MC Pendleton Jr. and Frank Pendleton.

Survivors are his son, Williams Pendleton Jr. of Brookhaven; daughters, Valerie Tate and husband, Troy, of Brookhaven and Felicia Garrett and husband, George, of Hattiesburg; sisters, Thelma McClinton and husband, Sydney, of Hazlehurst, Ernestine Johnson of Hazlehurst and Beatrice Pendleton of Hazlehurst; five grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
